The student and parent portal is now open. Please see your child’s school for login information.
Please click the link below to access the portal.
To begin using the Parent Portal, use the information provided to you in the Welcome letter. You will find the web page address, your username, and your password in this letter. If you need a new letter, please contact the school’s principal.
If you are a parent, your username will be: lastname,firstname (all lowercase)
If you are a student, your username will be your local student ID number.
Your password will be randomly generated through the system and printed on your welcome letter. The first time you log in, you will be prompted to change your password. Please keep track of your new password as we will not have access to it should you lose it. If you need your password reset, please contact your school’s office.
A Tyler App is available for both Apple and Android phone users. Please visit your app store for more information.
Student grades display on the Grades screen. This screen combines grade book grades with posted end-of-term grades to give a complete overview of the student’s grades. The Grades screen has two views: Traditional, where regular 0-100 numeric grades display, and Standard-Based, which shows student marks for curriculum standards. The view you have will depend upon the grade level of your child. K-6 students have the Standard-Based view and students in grades 7-12 will have the Traditional and Standards view.
The Traditional View
The Traditional view shows each course where the student has a grade and a column for each term. Grades that are underlined are links to see grade book assignment details for that class and term. The Code Legend button on this screen’s Tool Bar shows the explanation for the background color of the grade. Use the + icon in the More column to see additional detail for that course, including a link to Attendance and to email the teacher.
The Standard-Based View
The Standard-Based grade view shows all of the curriculum standards for a course and the student’s mark on each one. This information will only be available once a grading period has ended and scores for the standards have been finalized.
The RSU 64 tile will take you to the District’s homepage. From there you can navigate to the appropriate web pages you need. The principals’ names and school phone numbers are listed on the webpage in case you have further questions.
Clicking Send Email opens a window to send an email to a teacher. This option will only be available to you if you have provided the District with a valid email address.
