RSU 64 applied for and was granted three outdoor WiFi connections for each of its schools. In late November, the installs were completed by Project Connect and the ITDRC (Internet Technology Disaster Resource Center) to help provide underserved communities with free Internet access. This is an exciting opportunity for us to allow for our students to have more class time outside with Internet connectivity and for the community at large to come and use the service for their own needs.

The hotspots are located at the front of the middle and high schools and by the playground on the district offices side of the elementary school. It is our hope that these will be used by our students, staff, and community.
