September 11, 2023 - On this day in 2001, our nation suffered a horrific terrorist attack.  We want to ask that everyone take a few moments of silence to honor those lives lost in this tragic event……(wait 20 seconds) …. Thank you.

Today is a White Day.

Today is the last day to add or drop classes for white days, tomorrow is the last day to add or drop classes for red days.  Be sure to go to guidance if you have anything you want changed.

All students and staff are cordially invited to the Homecoming Breakfast, from 7:00 - 9:00 am, on Saturday, September 16, at the CMS Cafeteria. The parade will immediately follow at 9:00 am in front of the school.

Art Club will start on Wednesday, September 13th.  Meetings will be Wednesdays in the Middle School art room after school until late bus pick-up.

There will be a meeting in C10 on Wednesday, September 20th at 7:30 am for any Junior or Senior who is interested in being on the 2024 Prom Committee.

High School students should meet in the art room right after school - we will walk over to the middle school together.

The CHS Key Club will meet this Thursday from 2:30-3:00 in room C-9. If you are interested in being a part of Key Club this year, please plan to attend this meeting

If there is a song you would like to hear played at the Homecoming Dance, please add it to the song request list, located on the Student Council bulletin board in the B wing (Opposite B1).

If you would like to bring a guest to the Homecoming Dance, you must sign them up by 

this Thursday in the main office.

Attention juniors and seniors:  The college fair at the University of Maine will be in the evening Wednesday September 13th from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and during the day on Thursday, September 14th from 9:00-11:00.  If you plan on attending the fair during the day on Thursday you MUST bring in a note from a parent or legal guardian at least the day before in order for it to be an excused absence.   You provide your own transportation to this event.  

The dress up days for Homecoming are posted outside of the main office.

The Homecoming Street Dance will be from 6-9 pm on Friday.  The cost is $5.00.
