Today is a Red Day.
Prom tickets will be on sale today through March 27th. Tickets can be purchased in the office
before school, at lunch and after school. The cost is $35.00 per person.
A sign up is located at the office window for senior students that would be interested in giving an
honor speech at graduation.
There will be a meeting of the National Honor Society on Tuesday, March 10, at 7:30 am in C3.
Attention seniors: the local scholarship booklet is available to sign out in the guidance
office.These are scholarships for only Central seniors. If you are planning on attending college
next year, be sure to get one so you can complete it before the deadline of March 12th.
Try-outs for the Spring Variety Show sponsored by the Sophomore Class are after school on
Tuesday, March 10 or Wednesday, March 11. Sign up on the paper sheet outside the office, or
on the Google Form shared by Ms. Young. It's in the name of our show: we are looking for a
variety of talents! If you have any questions, reach out to Ms. Young, McKenna, Arlow, or Alex.
All CHS students and staff are cordially invited to attend the mayhem that is the annual
basketball game, pitting the members of the Cheerleading Team against the members of the
Indoor Track and Field Team. The hysterical event is scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, at 6:00
pm in the gym. Admission will be $3.00.
The spring sports parent meeting will be tomorrow, March 10th at 5:00 in the gym.
CHS Robotics Club is postponed until Thursday March 26th due to student conferences.
CHS Chess Club will meet on Wednesday March 11th in room B5 starting at 3pm. All are
welcome
Congratulations to the cast and crew of How High is Up for winning their regional competition
this weekend. Kaylee Pino, Ellie Davis, Alex Davis and Garrett Wheeler got named to the All
Festival Cast. The cast and crew got an award for hair and makeup and Alex Davis and Amy
Meservey got an award for original music. It was a phenomenal festival and a wonderful
performance. Congratulations!!
