The Special Olympics athletes had a great day at the regional meet on Wednesday! Abby
LaForest placed 4th in Softball, 3rd in the 50m dash, and 2nd in the 100m dash. Nolan Taylor
placed 4th in both the softball throw and 50m dash, then set himself a new PR with a 1st in the
100m dash! Jared Atwood-White placed 6th in the 50m dash, and 3rd in both the softball and
the 100m. Alec Moran-Flowers, placed 4th in the softball, 2nd in the 50m, and he tied for 1st in
the 100m dash. Then our unified team of Jared, Alex Withee, Reilley McIntyre, and Alec placed
3rd in the 4-by-100 relay! We are so proud of you.
