Today is a Red Day.
Students who applied to UTC for next year need to check their emails for a confirmation letter
from UTC. In order to secure your placement, you must confirm acceptance of this enrollment
offer by August 18, 2026. Visit Guidance for assistance.
Students who completed Early College courses need to submit proof of completion to the
Guidance Office to be awarded credit. Visit Guidance for details and assistance.
Fellowship of Christians is meeting today at 2:30 p.m. in Mrs. Ward's Room. There will be
discussions, snacks and a presentation. Everyone is invited.
Seniors attending college next year are reminded to let Mrs. Goodwin know of any scholarships
they receive from their college or outside donors. These are announced at graduation, but we do
not receive notification of them. Be sure to get those into her this week.
Grad grams are available in the guidance office for $2 each. Be sure to get some for those
special seniors! The message will be bound in a booklet and given to seniors their last day.
2026-2027 petitions to run for a class office or for student council need to be turned in by the
end of the day today.
Best of luck to the choral students in their All-District Chorus concert this evening. It will start at
6:30pm in the Central High Gym and admission is free.
This Friday during Advisory, stop by Ms. Young’s room where we’ll have lemonade and snacks.
Everything will be a dollar apiece. Bring some cash and support the Sophomore Class.
