This week's activity will be building a trebuchet. There are ten spots available. Sign ups are at the office window. -The math team will be sponsoring a dance Friday from 6-8 p.m. The cost is $4. Any student with 3 or more referrals since the last dance or a suspension is not eligible to attend. -Student council will be selling valentine hearts during lunches on February 6th-9th. Each valentine is 25 cents and the valentines will be delivered at the end of RTI on the 14th. Announcements 01/12/2024 -Congratulations to all of the students who participated in the CMS Spelling Bee yesterday evening. Top grade-level finishers were Audrey Babcock, Grade 6; Grayson Ainsworth, Grade 7; and Alexis Robbins, Grade 8. The overall winner was Alexis, and Grayson was the overall runner-up. Both Alexis and Grayson will represent CMS at the Penobscot County Spelling Bee. Good luck to both of them! -Good luck to our A basketball teams in their home games vs. Ridgeview today. The boys will play first and the girls will follow at 4:45. 8th graders will be recognized this evening as this is their last game. -Good luck to our B basketball teams in their away games vs. Ridgeview today. CCES Power Update: The power has been restored. Have a great night, everyone.

CCES Power Update: We've been told by Versant that power should be restored within 1-2 hours of the time of the outage as they work to repair a damaged pole. The school is operating on the generator and we will not be dismissing early.
