Central High School

On Wednesday and Thursday nights this week, our Drama Club put on a fantastic rendition of "The Very Unmerry Adventures of Robinhood" (Patrick Green, Playscripst, Inc.).  We had a good crowd on Wednesday and a nearly full house on Thursday.  In attendance were several of last year's senior club members.  Just goes to show what a great and tight knit group of young people these kids are.  

Despite some serious missteps along the way, and Willy S' shift to the darkside in the competition with the Sheriff's men, Robin and his Merry Men managed to save Sherwood Forest (I think?) and Marian is still chasing Robin as far as I could tell.   The forest beggars definitely lamented missing the free ice cream, though, and  Little John definitely got caught by the tavern keeper.  A fun time was had by all as the story unfolded and another successful story has been told on the CHS stage by  the Drama Club under the direction of Mrs. Goodwin.  Thanks to all  for your hard work and dedication to our school.  The drama page has some pictures from the play last night so check them out.
