Congratulations to Ryan St. Peter for receiving an Honorable Mention at this year's Bangor Symphony Orchestra Competition.

Tomorrow, February 14 the girls basketball team will play a prelim game at 5:00 vs PCHS. Come and support the team, the theme is Valentine’s Day, so people wear their reds and pinks.

Key Club will host a coin war during Winter Carnival week to benefit Camp Sunshine.  This time, all money donated Monday-Thursday will count as “positive” points.  Friday will be"sabotage day," and all money donated then will count as “negative” points. 

The winning grade will earn points towards Winter Carnival. The donation station for each grade will be located in front of the main office.

Anyone interested in preparing science demonstrations for 4th graders are invited to attend the meetings in B1 on Tuesdays. We will be conducting science labs and experiments for a May science show. Please see Mr Dennis for more information. 

Science camp is starting again on Wednesday, February 15th. Anyone who would like to be a lab assistant can get a permission slip from Mr Dennis in B1. This is a great opportunity to learn science and pick up community service hours at the same time.

Anyone interested in selecting music and learning about DJ equipment and performance are invited to a meeting on Thursday, February 16th in B1.  We will be meeting every Thursday after school.  Please see Mr Dennis for more information.

There will be a Winter Carnival dance on Friday, February 17 from 6-9. The cost is $5 at the door.
