Good Luck to Malcom Butler, Henry Lufkin and Joey Raymond C Northern Maine Football Championship game on Saturday afternoon when John Bapst travels to Foxcroft Academy.

Come see Robinhood and his "unmerry"men take on the Sheriff of Nottingham in the fall play this Wednesday and Thursday at 6 pm in the CHS gymnasium. It promises to be full of fun and laughter - "The Very Unmerry Adventures of Robinhood" put on by our Fantastic drama club! Don't miss it!!!!!

Don't forget about the Halloween Spooktacular Scholarship night tonight in the cafeteria for all students and families who wish to find out more about the process for finding and applying for scholarships. Our guidance staff has a great presentation and lots of great tips for you so come on out. I think there might be candy involved!!!

The MPA has just put out a statement. The girls soccer game at FT. Kent has now been postponed. They will be playing next Friday (Nov 3rd) at 3:00 PM. The bus will be leaving at 9:00 AM. Good Luck girls!!!!!! I will be there cheering you on.

Good afternoon everyone. We have decided to cancel all after school events at CHS this afternoon out of an abundance of caution with regard to the events that occurred in southern Maine last night. Our scholarship Spooktacular event will now be Monday October 30th at 6 pm. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all who have been impacted by this tragic series of events.

Hey CHS, do you know we are having a Robotics Club? New this year, this program is a competitive challenge where our team will design and build VEX robots to compete with other teams to accomplish tasks. I have seen this at Old Town and their team has really enjoyed it and done quite well. If you are interested in this club. please see Mr. Sprague.

Parents, don't forget thatthe second parent teacher conferences happen tomorrow night. Our teachers still have slots open. 3-5 pm Thursday.

PLAYOFF SOCCER GAMES: The boys soccer team will be hosting Orono this Friday at 3:00 PM. The girls will be hosting M.A. on Tuesday the 24th at 3:00 PM. Good Luck Teams.

I hope all of you have had a great weekend. I wanted to give a quick reminder to all sophomores that we will be doing Maine Through Year Assessment tomorrow and Wednesday. We will have your names on lists showing where you are testing posted as you come in the building. All students will remain in 1st block until the testing is completed so 1st block will likely be longer than normal. You will all go to advisory then to 1st block as normal. See you tomorrow!
