Central High School

We are experiencing a water issue at CCES. Students and staff have access to bottled water for drinking and we are managing the toilet facilities flushing when we have recovered enough water to do so. We have plenty of hand sanitizer available. We plan to dismiss at our regular time and will work to have the issue resolved in time for school to resume on Monday.

CHS Picture day is Wednesday September 22nd. All student's need to get their photo taken for the yearbook, student ID card, and access to their Cafeteria account.

We have received notification of one additional positive pool at CCES from our pool testing on Tuesday. However, secondary tests did not reveal a positive individual. We will continue to test this pool until we find the positive or our testing schedule catches up to next Tuesday. All parents of the students in this pool have been notified.

All of the pool testing results are back from Central High School. With 129 students and staff being tested, only one positive pool was identified. This positive case was already reported to the public earlier today.

All of the pool testing results are back for Central Middle School. With 120 students and staff participating there are NO positive pools identified.

Today's girls Soccer game at M.A. will be moved to Tomorrow(9/16) at 4:00pm, @ M.A., Bus will leave at 2:00 pm

CHS will now be playing a JV only boys soccer game at Bucksport under the lights on Wednesday Oct 6th at 6:00 PM. The bus will leave at 4:00 PM. CHS will now be joining a XC meet at Schenck High School on Oct 6th at 3:30 pm. The bus will leave at 1:15 PM.

Good Morning! We are all anxious to receive the results of the pool testing round completed yesterday. We have not yet received our results but will communicate with you once we do. With more schools participating and labs overrun with testing we may not get our results until tomorrow. Thank you for your patience.

Due to PCHS going remote this week....The girls soccer game on Friday 9/17 has been moved to Wednesday 9/29 @ PCHS 4:00 pm, Bus 2:10 pm.

Today's golf match vs. F.A. and Dexter is cancelled. This match will be made up on Thursday September 23rd at 3:30 PM.

Today's Field Hockey @ Hermon is postponed until Wednesday Sept 22nd at 4:00. Bus 2:30 PM

Because of the forecast we are cancelling today's CHS boys and girls soccer games. The make up dates/times are as follows... Girls - Friday, Sep. 10 - 4PM @ Bangor Christian, bus 2:20 PM Boys - Saturday, Sep 11 - 5PM @ Bangor Christian, bus 3:20 PM

The Boys Soccer game at Bucksport will now be 5:00 PM for Varsity with JV after on 10/7. The Bus will now leave at 3:00 PM.

Thursday 9/2 field hockey game vs. PCHS will start at 4:15pm and not 4:00pm now. To allow for the refs to get here on time. Thanks.

Coming home with students today are several important forms. Although breakfast and lunch are free for all students this year, the District still needs you to complete the meal application. This information is used for SEVERAL grants and state funding. Please, please, please complete this form even if you think you wouldn’t qualify for benefits. Thank you!
