Central High School

Congratulations to the CHS girls soccer team on being voted in as this years class C MPA Sportsmanship Award. This team has not received a single card in three years. We are very proud of this group and how they represent the school and community. They will be receiving this award on Saturday during the class c state soccer game at Cameron stadium.

We currently do not have power at CCES. Estimated restoration is 6:30am. At this time, we will plan to be in school today.

Hey everyone! Our Key Club is holding a fun night fundraiser at the Sports Arena on Hammond St in Bangor. The attached image is a flyer that earns them a portion of the sales for the night of November 7th from 5-9 pm. Great night to take the family bowling or to the arcade and just have a family/friends night out. Save the image to your phone and show it to the cashiers when you pay to help them out. Our Key Club does so many great service projects through the year, but it takes a strong fundraising effort just like the Kiwanis Club has to do to support their community service. Support this great youth group in their efforts and thanks!

The girls varsity soccer team will be traveling to Fort Kent on Friday the 1st.  The bus will be leaving at 8:15 am.   The girls will go to the advisor period first to check in for attendance then will be dismissed by the office. Game Time is at 2:00 PM.   Good Luck Girls.

Due to no water at CHS, and the time needed tomorrow to make repairs, there is no school for Central High school students tomorrow, Thursday, October 24, 2024.

The Girls varsity soccer team will host M.A. for the first round of the playoffs next Tuesday the 29th. The game will start at 3:00 PM. Good Luck.

The Boys varsity soccer team will be traveling to Orono High School for the first round of the playoffs next Wednesday the 30th.    The game will start at 3:15 PM and the bus will depart at 1:45 PM.    Good Luck.

DATE HAS CHANGED!!!!!! Mark your calendars please. The CHS Mandatory Parent night will be held on Tuesday November 12th at 5:30 in the gym. Come meet your coaches and get all the information you will need for the upcoming winter season.

No games on Monday 10/14 because of the incoming rain. Central girls will now play vs. M.A. on Wednesday 16th at 3:00 PM. 8v8 JV after. Central boys will now play vs. Houlton on Tuesday 15th at 4:00 PM. No JV. These are the senior games. Parents please be there 20 minutes before the game. Thanks.
