There will be NO UTC tomorrow for the high school. Enjoy the day off kids!!!!

All CHS athletics are still a go for tomorrow afternoon.

To clarify, given all RSU 64 schools are closed tomorrow, there is no school for students. This includes students that would typically travel to UTC.

There is no school in RSU 64 tomorrow due to a planned power outage in Corinth that starts at 8:30am and is expected to last 3 hours.

The JV soccer games vs. Bucksport this Thursday are cancelled. This is due to low numbers of athletes able to participate in both schools.

Proud of your alma mater? Know the school song? I am looking for alumni of Central HS that would be willing to get together to make a recording of the school song so that we can use it to help our current students learn it. Email Dr. Mayfield if you would like to participate. Our chorus group is already learning it!

Have questions about financial aid for college? FAME (Finance Authority of Maine) will be having sessions to help you learn to navigate through financial aid application processes. The virtual sessions are Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 6:30 PM Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 6:30 PM ·Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 6:30 PM We will also have a live session in the high school library at 6 pm in the CHS Library on November 1st. At the moment there is no power at CMS and CHS. Buses are already picking up students. We will be bringing students in in hopes power will be restored soon.

Due to weather. Today's CHS boys soccer game vs. Dexter will be moved to tomorrow at 4.

The student handbook for CHS has just been updated. Some of the most important items are highlighted in yellow, but students and parents should use the interactive table of contents to find the items they have questions about.

The District is looking for a junior and a senior student to act as representatives to the Board of Directors. Interested students should reach out to the Guidance Office for the application. Board meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month.

Today's girls soccer game vs. MCI has been moved up due to incoming weather. The game will start at 3:30 pm on the middle school game field .

CHS Soccer Change for Monday 8/29 East Millinocket has dropped their girls soccer program because of low numbers. The girls game will not happen. The Boys game will be at 4:30 PM, Bus will leave at 2:30 PM.
