We’ve been made aware some Apple users were experiencing difficulties with the RSU 64 app recently. The problem has been resolved with Apple and the app should appear for download again today or tomorrow. Please help spread this word!

Fall Athletic Tryout times: XC - August 15 : 8:00 am -9:30 am August 16: 8:00 am - 9:30 am. Parent will meet with coach on pick up. Boys Soccer - August 15: 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM August 16: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM August 17: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Parent meeting at 7:00 (Concession stand) Golf - August 17th: 10:00am - 2:00 am - August 18th 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Parent meeting at 5:00 (Golf Course) Field Hockey- August 15th: 9:00AM - 11:00 AM 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Parent Meeting after. (FH field) Girls Soccer - August 15th: 5:30 PM-7:30 PM August 16th: 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM. Parent meeting 7:35 (Soccer Field) August 17th: 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM Coaches will have Parent/Athlete expectations and practice schedules for you .

There will be a Fall Coaches meeting for CHS on Aug 8th at 4:00. We are excited to get this school year up and running. A reminder to all Fall Athletes that you will need your physical in BEFORE the start of the season to be able to participate. Please start getting them into the office. Congratulations to the following track athletes for their outstanding performances at the State Championship Saturday: Lucas Gustin - 2022 Class C State champion in the shot put Ariana Brown 7th, Emily Champney-Brown 6th, and Loran McAlpine 2022 Class C State runner up in discus Central girls 4x400 team, 5th Rylee Speed, 7th in the state at 200 meters and 9th in the 400 meters Ariana Brown 5th in the state in shot put Julia Viani broke the school record and tied the fifth best jump in the state in pole vault Central girls 4x100 meter relay, 4th Cassidy Hanson, 7th in the state at 100 meters and 8th in the 200 meters Central 4x800 meter team, 7 th in the state.

The Class of 2022 had their walk through the elementary school today. The elementary students were so excited to see them in their caps and gowns! Congratulations Class of 2022!

Playoffs: Baseball will be hosting Penquis on Tuesday 6/7 at 4:00 PM. Softball will be hosting Calais on Tuesday 6/7 at 4:00 PM. Good Luck!!!!

Seniors need to let Mrs. Goodwin know by Friday whatever scholarships they have received from the college/university they are attending so they can be announced at graduation.

I want to introduce and Welcome our new Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at CHS. We are very excited to have Coach Quinson Lancaster and his family join the athletic staff.

We are moving the Softball and Baseball games at Dexter for tomorrow 5/27 to Monday 5/30 because of incoming weather. The game will start at 4:30 pm and the bus will leave at 2:30 PM. Enjoy your Memorial Weekend.

Congratulations to the Envirothon teams for a successful competition. Koby Bean, Maci Hazlett, Emily Mitchell, Grace Thompson, and Anarose Yvon will be competing at States next week. Please wish them good luck.
